LIBERTY – Village of Liberty Police have arrested a 26-year-old Las Vegas man after an investigation into the sexual abuse of a child.
The arrest of Kevin Norris stems from an incident that occurred in June 2020.
Norris was located by Liberty Village Police detectives in the Town of Canton in St. Lawrence County where he was arrested without incident.
He was returned to Liberty where he was arraigned on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Norris was remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 secured bond or $15,000 partially secured bond.
