WASHINGTON – Hudson Valley Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney (D, NY-18) is at the center of the fight by Democrats to retain control of the House of Representatives in next year’s mid-term elections.

Republicans have begun saber-rattling in an attempt to take back the House.

Maloney, chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, believes his party will remain in control because “we deliver results” for the American public.

“One party is delivering and the other is offering, I don’t think, anything, but hatred and distortion, fear and sometimes racism, and I don’t think that is what the American people want,” he said. “I think they want responsible adults who are going to solve problems and work with our new president to move our country forward, and if we win on that basis, that is the best way to win.”

Maloney said the House Democratic majority is delivering results including the fastest growing economy since World War II, the first significant infrastructure improvements since the 1950s, the child tax credit, and an end to the pandemic through vaccinations.
