UNION VALE – A 52-year-old Union Vale man has been committed to the Dutchess County Jail following his criminal contempt arrest on Tuesday, July 27.
Leandro Castro allegedly engaged in a domestic dispute while in violation of an order of protection.
He was also charged with criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
During the domestic dispute, it is alleged that he destroyed an iPad.
He was arraigned and remanded in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
