SAUGERTIES – A Cementon man was remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail on Thursday, July 29 after he was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute at 13 Village Drive in the Town of Saugerties.
Town Police allege that Michael Rhodes III, 23, struck the victim in the face, causing injury.
At the time of the dispute, an order of protection was in place from a prior incident.
He was charged with criminal contempt, aggravated family offense and attempted assault.
