CORNWALL – A four-year-old child who was in vehicle that was involved in a two-car crash on Route 32 in the Town of Cornwall on July 17 has died.
State Police said Journey Dorch of the Town of Woodbury succumbed to her injuries.
The child was one of nine people in the Dodge SUV.
The driver of the other vehicle, Helen Rivera, 38, of the City of Newburgh, was pronounced dead at the scene.
At the time of the investigation, police said Rivera, who was driving a Toyota Corolla, crossed into the opposite lane of travel and struck the SUV.
