NEW CITY – Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh has announced that several arrests have been made in connection with the fire that destroyed the Evergreen Assisted Living Facility in Spring Valley on March 23.
Two people perished in the blaze, volunteer firefighter Jared Lloyd and a resident.
Lloyd died while helping to rescue over 100 residents .
