LIVINGSTON MANOR – One person was shot and another is in custody following an incident on Shandelee Road in Livingston Manor early Friday afternoon.
State Police are handling the case.
Initial unconfirm reports indicate a 17-year-old was wounded and taken to Garnet Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill.
