CORTLANDT – A 38-year-old Peekskill man is in the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or bond following his arrest on a charge on forcible arrest.
State Police at Cortlandt and Peekskill City Police arrested Miguel Pillacela on Thursday, May 6 on the felony charge of first-degree rape after it was determined that he allegedly forcibly raped a victim in the Town of Cortlandt.
He was arraigned and committed to the county jail on bail.
