LIBERTY – State Police have arrested a 52-year-old Liberty man on charges that he had been engaging in sexual conduct with a minor.
Damon Sabatini was charged with a felony of course of sexual conduct against a child and a misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arrested by the State Police Sullivan County Child Abuse Unit on Friday, April 16, after a joint investigation with Child Protective Services.
Sabatini was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
