CATSKILL – A traffic stop for several violations on Route 9W in the Village of Catskill late Wednesday night resulted in the arrest of a Town of Catskill man on felony drug charges.
A passenger in the 2005 Jeep Liberty, Cory Collins, 33, was in possession of a hypodermic needle and a plastic bag containing 30 glassine baggies of heroin stamped with the imprint, “FOCUS.”
He was charged with felony and misdemeanor drug possession as well as possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Collins was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Catskill Town Court.
