NEW PALTZ – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 30-year-old New Paltz man on a felony charge of aggravated family offense and a misdemeanor of assault.
Akeem Pasmore is alleged to have been involved in a physical domestic dispute days earlier at a hotel in the Town of New Paltz where he struck a woman in the face and caused physical injury.
Pasmore was located and arrested by deputies on April 1 in the Town of New Paltz.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
