SPRING VALLEY – A Spring Valley man, who has an outstanding warrant on a charge for menacing, has been arrested by Spring Valley Police for allegedly pulling a knife on another person during a confrontation.
Police were called to the area of 22 North Main Street at around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31.
Investigation determined that Daniel Connoly was involved in a confrontation where he allegedly brandished a knife and pointed it at an intended victim before fleeing the area.
Connoly was located by officers moments later and arrested on a felony charge of criminal possession of weapon and a misdemeanor of menacing.
The outstanding warrant for Connoly’s arrest was from the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office.
He was being held pending arraignment.
