HYDE PARK – A former Marist College men’s volleyball coach who was arrested last summer for allegedly surreptitiously recording candid images of unsuspecting victims, has now been charged with 14 additional felony counts of spying.

Stemming from the July 2020 investigation by State Police, Richard Kelly, 50, was charged based on additional evidence that he illegally filmed 10 victims for sexual gratification while coaching at Marist.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Hyde Park Town Court at a later date.

The investigation was conducted by State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks in conjunction with the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit.
