HUDSON – A Mays Landing, New Jersey woman was arrested by Hudson City Police on felony robbery charge.
Brenda Miller, 50, allegedly entered the Lucky Mart store at 718 Columbia Street around 8:12 a.m. on Friday, March 5, and forcibly stole an item from the clerk.
Miller is also accused of throwing items at the clerk and attacking her causing minor bleeding and injuries to the clerk’s head and face.
The suspect fled the store just before police arrived, but she was located in the St. Charles Hotel parking lot across the street.
The stolen merchandise was recovered and Miller was remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
