KINGSTON – The Ulster County Health Department has been allocated 3,340 doses of coronavirus vaccine this week and the preponderance will be dedicated to seniors over the age of 65.

County Executive Patrick Ryan said that allocation represents a 400 percent increase from previous weeks.

“These new doses will allow Ulster County to more rapidly vaccinate our seniors who we know are in a higher risk category for COVID-19,” he said.
