TOWN OF WALLKILL – Two Pine Bush residents have been arrested by Wallkill Town Police on drug charges.
Shortly after 1 a.m., police observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Tru by Hilton Hotel on Dunning Road.
Alfred Nicoli, Jr., 40, was found in possession of 550 glassine envelopes of fentanyl and $3,580 in cash. Antoinette Burke, 37, was in possession of 40 glassine envelopes of fentanyl.
Nicoli was charged with two counts of dug possession and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail.
Burke was charged with one count of drug possession and tampering with evidence. She was released on her own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
