ALBANY – Effective March 15, weddings may resume at catering halls, but will be restricted to 50 percent capacity with no more than 150 per event.

It is all aimed at keeping a lid on COVID-19.

All patrons coming to an event must be tested prior to attending and they must sign in with contact information required to assist with potential contact tracing.

Venues must notify health departments of large events, above the social gathering limit, in advance.

Masks will be required at all times except when seated and eating or drinking and ceremonial and socially distanced dancing will be allowed under strict guidelines.

Billiard and pool halls will be allowed to reopen on March 5 with 50 percent capacity.

Masks will be required at all times except when seated, and eating and drinking.

Mandatory social distancing must be enforced, or physical barriers between parties of patrons/players must be installed.

Each party must be assigned to a table to avoid comingling and staff must rigorously clean and disinfect any rented or shared equipment between use.
