COPAKE – State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in their investigation of a hate crime in the Town of Copake.
The crime occurred between November 13 and 15, 2020 at the Copake Falls State Campground at 253 Route 344.
Investigators are hoping to speak to any park visitors at the park during that time who have not yet been interviewed by State Police.
The investigation revolves around racially offensive language found carved into a wooden post.
