VILLAGE OF LIBERTY – Police in Liberty conducted a routine compliance check on a woman who is a registered sex offender and Kimberly Shaw, 51, of Liberty, was charged with possessing an internet account with an access provider that she had not reported to the State Division of Criminal Justice Services as required by law.
She was arrested without incident following the compliance check on Wednesday, February 17 and charged with sex offender failure to register and verify as a felony.
She was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
