Government offices delay opening because roads are a sheet of glass

MID-HUDSON/CATSKILLS – Road in the region are extremely icy as freezing rain is coming down. They are as slippery as wet glass.

As a result, some government offices and businesses are delaying opening today.

In Sullivan County, government offices will open at 10 a.m.

The Town of Fishkill Town Hall, Justice Court Offices and Recreation Center will open at 12 p.m.

The Village of Monticello will open at 10 a.m.
