SAUGERTIES – A Town of Saugerties man has been arrested by Saugerties Police and charged with assault for allegedly punching another man in the face several times causing injury.
The incident occurred at 11:20 p.m. on January 15 on Overlook Circle in Mt. Marion Park.
As a result of the assault, the victim sustained a severe eye injury requiring medical treatment.
The suspect, Daniel Curci, 37, of Mt. Marion Park, was arrested following an investigation on January 27.
He was charged and released on an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
