NEW LEBANON – State Police have arrested three people in connection with a burglary in the Town of New Lebanon.
Donna Ryan, 54, of Troy, Dustin Mossey, 37, and Brittany Simon, 32, both of New Lebanon, were charged with felony burglary.
Investigation determined the three participated in a January 3 residential burglary on Route 20 where they allegedly stole furniture and electric devices.
All three were arraigned and released on their own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
