PEARL RIVER – Holt Construction Corporation (Holt) has announced their firm’s expansion and major investment in new industry talent, as well as several internal promotions.
Holt has been providing Construction Management and General Contracting services for over 100 years in the New York metro area and beyond. With corporate locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Texas, the Holt team performs in diverse growth market sectors, including aviation, corporate interiors, education, entertainment, energy and power, health and life science, hospitality, infrastructure, transportation, mission-critical and technology, retail, and food and beverage.

Michael Fabean has been named Managing Director. With over 30 years of industry experience, Michael Fabean has worked for private real estate and development firms throughout the world.
