Saugerties man charged with criminal contempt

SAUGERTIES – A Village of Saugerties man has been arrested on a charge of criminal contempt of a court order for him to stay away from a woman.

Scipio Dubois, 63, allegedly approached the protected party on January 2 in violation of the order of protection.

He was located on January 15 and charged with criminal contempt and released on an appearance ticket pending a future court appearance.
