PORT JERVIS – State Assemblyman Karl Brabenec (R, Deerpark) was ceremonially sworn in for a fourth term representing the 98th District.

He starts the year in conference leadership as the new deputy minority whip.

“We have a lot of challenges in the term ahead as we work to return to normalcy,” said Brabenec. “We will be fighting for our farmers, law enforcement officials, for lower taxation and less regulation. I’m looking forward to working hard for all of our residents in trying to make our state the Empire State once again.”

Brabenec represents portions of Orange and Rockland counties.
