KINGSTON – The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team has arrested two Saugerties men following an investigation into heroin and fentanyl sales in northern Ulster County.
Both Brian Shultis, 31, and Cody Tompkins, 29, were arrested n December two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy, all as felonies.
Shultis was taken into custody on December 7 on an Ulster County bench warrant for a previous felony warrant for violating the terms of a conditional arrest with the new arrest.
