CATSKILL – A 57-year-old Catskill man has been charged with two felony counts of drug sales following his indictment by a Greene County grand jury.

The arrest of Marco Tushaj stemmed from a July investigation into a fatal overdose in the Town of Durham. At that time, a warrant search of Tushaj’s residence yielded quantities of heroin and fentanyl. At that time, he was charged with four counts of drug possession and was remanded to the county jail on a parole hold.
