Middletown man charged with racking up over $5,000 in purchases with stolen credit cards

TOWN OF WALLKILL – State Police in the Town of Wallkill have arrested a 22-year-old Middletown man on charges of grand larceny and unlawful possession of personal identification.

it is alleged that Rasheed Williams, Jr., 22, fraudulently charged over $5,000 using stolen credit cards at a local business for vehicle repairs. State Police Middletown were assisted in the investigation by Yates County Sheriff’s Office in Penn Yan, NY. and State Police Williamson.

This is an ongoing investigation.

Williams was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Wallkill Town Court.
