MONSEY – Ramapo Town Police have arrested a 41-year-old Monsey man on a charge of assault.
Police responded to a local business on Thursday for a report o an assault.
Officers determined a man had assaulted a deliver driver who was making a stop at a local Monsey business.
The suspect was arrested and charged with felony assault because of what police said was the age disparity between the suspect and the victim.
The suspect, whose name police did not release on a Facebook post, was arraigned and released on his own his recognizance.
