VALHALLA – This is the third year that Touro College of Dental Medicine in Valhalla is offering its Smiles for Vets program of free dental care during the holiday season. All veterans across the Hudson Valley are welcome.

All through November and December, veterans are invited to come to the college for free dental care, said college Dean Dr. Ronnie Myers.

“We do this because we want to recognize those that have selflessly served for our country,” he said. “They are the ones who make it possible for us to live the lives we live, and it is a mission of our school to deliver service with integrity and empathy, the same type of service these individuals have given to the country.”

Vets are treated by dental students under the supervision of faculty.  For more information on the Smiles for Veterans program, click here.
