WAWARSING – State Police have arrested a Wawarsing man following an investigation into the theft of a golf cart.
Etienne Dodge, 31, was charged with a felony of criminal possession of stolen property.
The cart, valued at $5,000, was reported stolen from a local business in Accord on November 5.
Following investigation, it was located at Lower Jennybrook Road in the Town of Wawarsing on November 12.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Dodge who was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Rochester Court.
