NEWBURGH – Be advised that Bay View Terrace in the City of Newburgh will be closed to through traffic between Liberty Street and South Lander Street starting on Tuesday, December 1, and extending through Friday, December 4.
A road excavation in connection with sewer infrastructure reconstruction work will be conducted during this time. Please avoid the use of the south end of Liberty Street and Bay View Terrace during this week. Bay View Terrace will be impassible in the area west of Liberty Street. The public is asked to obey all traffic control signs, road closure signs and safety cones. Access to existing residential driveways will be maintained during the temporary road closure.
