CORTLANDT – A 17-year-old has been charged with armed robbery for stealing a vape pen from another teen.
State Police were called to Watch Hill Road in the Town of Cortlandt at around 12:40 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17 and found that the 17-year-old had arranged to meet another teen in order to sell the vape pen and then robbed him while armed with a knife.
The 17-year-old was arraigned in Westchester County Court Youth Part and released to parental custody pending a future court date.
