HIGHLAND – Police have arrested a Modena man on several burglary charges following a lengthy investigation in Ulster County.

Police in the towns of Lloyd, New Paltz. Plattekill and Marlborough, and State Police investigated dozens of residential burglaries over the past several months and on Tuesday arrested Eric Morgan, 30, of Modena.

Lloyd Police charged him with burglary, grand larceny, and criminal mischief, all as felonies, for allegedly breaking into a house on Half Moon Road in Highland and stealing $2,500 worth of copper pipe while causing extensive damage.
