GOSHEN – State Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy brought the party message to the Hudson Valley on Sunday with campaign stops in Monticello, Goshen, Brewster, and New City.
Langworthy is confident the GOP administration in Washington will do what is best for the country.
“The president is working very hard to get the stimulus finished; he’s the one who brought Nancy Pelosi back to the table and insisted on this. She held out for a king’s ransom, but we do need a stimulus package to be finished and I think you are going to see that happen,” he said. “We are going to have a new Supreme Court justice on Monday and then I believe the stimulus will happen shortly thereafter.”
Langworthy campaigned with 18th Congressional District candidate Chele Farley, who said President Trump won that district by two points four years ago and she is confident he will win again next month.
