POUGHKEEPSIE – Eastdale Village construction continues as work is underway for four new businesses – The Crafted Kup, Pizzeria Posto, Bertolozzi Physical Therapy and Freddy B boutique.
Those facilities will join the residential component of the Kirchhoff Companies project that sees several families already living there.
Eastdale Village is a walkable commercial and residential town center in the Town of Poughkeepsie spanning Route 44 between Arlington and Pleasant Valley.
“This milestone in our construction timeline comes as we continue to receive strong interest from future residents and businesses alike,” said Joseph Kirchhoff, founder of the enterprise that bears the family name.
The village will also feature a community center and village green that will host events.
Already at Eastdale Village is their first commercial anchor, Premier Medical Group.
