WHITE PLAINS – A Harrison police officer was arrested on Wednesday on charges that he assaulted his wife on September 27 injuring her in the presence of their child.
Frank Corvino, 36, was charged with misdemeanors of assault and endangering the welfare of a child, and a violation of harassment.
He was arrested on Wednesday by Westchester County District Attorney criminal investigators.
Corvino’s wife received medical treatment for the injuries to her ribs and shoulder, and bruises on her face, arms and legs.
He pled not guilty at his video conference arraignment in Harrison Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
Orders of protection were issues for both victims.
