FORESTBURGH – A Queens man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Sunday, September 27 in Forestburgh.
State Police said Mauricio Cruz, 23, was operating a 2009 Yamaha R6 when it left the roadway and struck a tree near the intersection of Route 42 and King Road at around 11 a.m.
Cruz was transported to Garnet Health Catskills where he was pronounced dead.
