ELLENVILLE – An Ellenville man was remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail after he allegedly threatened his former girlfriend with a razor box cutter.
Village police said at around 6 p.m. on September 17, it is alleged that Alan Ocasio, also known as Ali Baba, 50, entered the woman’s residence at 11 Clinton Avenue and threatened her repeatedly with the weapon.
The victim was able to call police and Ocasio fled.
He was located on Thursday, September 24 at around 6:30 p.m.
Ocasio was charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated harassment, and misdemeanors of menacing and aggravated harassment.
