WALDEN – The Village of Walden Police are investigating an assault of an 82-year-old male that occurred Tuesday morning, September 8, at approximately 9:30 am. Police are actively seeking witnesses to the assault.
Police say that the incident occurred between Lake Osiris Road and the Walden entrance to the Rail Trail.
The suspect is described to be a white male in his 30s operating a bicycle. The suspect was observed wearing dark-colored pants or shorts.
The victim advised police that multiple people witnessed the incident happen and they told him they would make a report to the police.
