SAUGERTIES – Randall Haas, a 33-year-old Saugerties resident has been arrested for harassment after an alleged domestic dispute on Friday evening.
Police Chief Joseph Sinagra’s officers responded to 110 Partition Street around 6:30 Friday evening for a report of a domestic dispute. Sinagra said that, during the dispute, Haas shoved the victim into a kitchen counter, grabbed the victim by the back of her hair, pulling the victim’s head back, and then proceeded to pour a bottle of whiskey onto the victim’s face and eyes.
Haas was arrested and charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree. He was not arraigned according to police because no judges were available.
