Stanford man arrested for raping child and filming the assault

STANFORD – A 41-year-old Stanford man has been arrested by the New York State Police for raping a child that he knows.

On August 28, 2020, the State Police responded to an address in the town of Stanford for a report of sexual assault.  Investigation revealed Santiago Andujar recorded his sexual assault of a child.
He was taken into custody on charges of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, a class C felony, Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child, a class D felony, and Rape in the 3rd degree, a class E felony.
Andujar was arraigned before the town of Stanford Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.  He is next scheduled to appear before the court on September 2, 2020, at 3:00 p.m.
