NEW CITY – The Rockland County grand jury has indicted men in connection with unrelated sexual assault charges.
Mardoquero Ramirez-Lara was charged with three counts of rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Manuel Palaguachi-Saguay was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, course of sexual conduct against a child, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
The two indictments were among the first handed up following the coronavirus shutdown.
