Route 17, exit 107 shut down due to fatal accident

BRIDGEVILLE – A fatal accident on Route 17 near exit 107 ar Bridgeville resulted in the highway being shut down completely.

The accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the divided highway.

Two other people were injured with a medivac helicopter was called in to transport one to a hospital
