MONTICELLO – Several companies are exploring possible locations in Sullivan County, many of them in e-commerce.
Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development President Marc Baez said there is a heightened level of interest in the county.
“We are excited because we haven’t seen this steady flow of inquiries in a long time. Our challenge now is to get for them and to get these lands up and ready and shovel ready to the extent that we can do that,” he said.
Most of the inquiries center in the greater Monticello-Thompson area.
