Gasland brings another convenience store to the valley

NEW PALTZ – Gasland Petroleum, a family-owned business based in New York’s Hudson Valley area, has opened a new 24-hour Mobil Convenience Store & Gas located at 1445 Route 52 in Walden. 

The new location features 8 fueling positions, including diesel gas. Additionally, customers will also find 3,500 SF of retail space with a wide variety of convenient product offerings, including motor oil, pharmacy goods, slushie bars, snack, and energy bars as well as a beer cave with adult beverage products. Lottery and a full deli with fresh sandwiches and hot food offerings will also open soon.

 As part of a grand opening promotion to welcome new customers, those who introduce themselves receive free coffee (one per customer) for the entire month of August at this Mobil location. Customers can sign up for Exxon Mobil rewards and receive discounts on grocery store and gasoline purchases.

This new Mobil marks Gasland’s twenty-fourth location in Orange County, New York. In addition to the permanent employment positions already created to oversee gas and convenience operations at the new Walden location, Gasland will continue local hiring once the deli opens.
