Kilted man charged with public lewdness

BEACON – A Beacon man was released on an appearance ticket after he was arrested and charged with three counts of public lewdness and resisting arrest.

Beacon Police responded to the area of Long Dock Park around 4 p.m. on Friday, July 31 for a report of a man allegedly exposing himself to the public.  Police radio descriptions of Zornetsky said that he was wearing a kilt at the time.

Arriving officers located the man, identified as David Zornetsky, 40, who disregarded commands and ran from the officers.

He was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit.
