LIBERTY – Village Police in Liberty have arrested a Liberty man in connection with a July 21 assault.
Police arrested Isaiah Blanch, 33, and charged him with assault and unlawful imprisonment, both as misdemeanors. He was also charged with violating the conditions of his supervision by the State Division of Parole.
He was remanded to the Sullivan County Jail pending a parole revocation hearing.
Blanch was under the supervision of the Division of Parole as a result of a conviction for gang assault.
