Liberty woman arrested for armed robbery

LIBERTY – A 42-year-old Liberty woman has been charged with forcibly entering a residence on Route 52 in the Town of Liberty and robbing the occupant at knifepoint.

State Police arrested Jennifer Medina on July 26 in connection with the July 16 incident.

It is alleged Medina demanded money and drugs and made off with medical marijuana.

When arrested, she was charged with armed robbery, burglary, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief and menacing.

She was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
