Man wanted for failing to show up for court

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – A 29-year-old man is wanted by Newburgh Town Police for failing to show up for a court date.

Roberto Figueroa had been arrested in July 2018 on charges of menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

He failed to show up for his court date, so the warrant was issue.

Figueroa is five feet, eight inches tall, 125 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
